As an additional benefit to MIKA members, we have searched for and found a low-cost hospital indemnity and accident insurance for our members. This could be the ideal type of product for your staff when you are unable to provide group health insurance for them because it may be cost prohibitive. These products will be offered through our association with Insurance Coordinators of Montana (ICMI) and Western States Insurance.
This insurance can be paid for by the employer, the employee, or ideally a combination of the two. As an association, our goal is to reach a 25% participation level.
