MIKA is a statewide lodging industry trade association that works on behalf of its member throughout the year. During the last legislative session, MIKA lobbied to advocate and protect the interest of our members.
Compensation Survey
for Montana Lodging Professionals
Now Available
The Montana Innkeepers Association has partnered with WageWatch, Inc., in conducting a statewide survey of the Montana lodging industry. As a member of MIKA you are able to order a copy of the results. (Click here.) The results will provide you with current data on hiring rates and average compensation and will serve as a great tool for determining how well your compensation program stacks up against your competitors. MIKA members who participated in the survey pay only $50 when ordering the report, a savings of $100 over those who did not participate in the survey, and a savings of $250 over non-members.
