MIKA is a statewide lodging industry trade association that works on behalf of its member throughout the year. During the last legislative session, MIKA lobbied to advocate and protect the interest of our members.
New Wage and Salary Survey
for Montana Lodging Professionals
The Montana Innkeepers Association has partnered with WageWatch, Inc., to conduct a Montana statewide survey of the lodging industry. The compensation survey will report data for 37 key management, salaried, and hourly positions. Results will be reported state-wide and for local areas, providing timely data on hiring rates and average compensation. MIKA members pay only $50 for the report (a savings of $100 for participants in the survey). For more information on WageWatch and the survey click here.
